Abdi Anshur Hassan Somali’s Minister of Post, Telecommunications and Technology and his high level delegation arrived in Djibouti for collaboration of Telecommunications and technology issues.
Eng. Abdi Anshur met with Djibouti’s Minister of Post and telecommunication Abdi Youssouf Sougueh, head of Djibouti Telecom Mahmaed Osable Buhi and Somali ambassador of Djibouti Aadan Hassan Aadan.
Somali Minister of Post and telecommunication said that they will discuss their counterpart of Djibouti on the development s for telecommunication and postal cooperation between the two countries.
“We are going to sign and implement agreements between the two countries towards to easies Somali’s (Gateway) in Djibouti and Developments Corporation of telecommunication and technology “said the minister in statement.
Somali Government is planning to regain the full authority of the country’s code 252, currently controlled and availed by private entities following the collapse of the late central governmental in 1991 and led to the horn of African nation’s national infrastructure to fall into private hands.
Eng. Abdi Anshur Hasan, Minister of Posts and Telecommunications told the media, that by any cost the government will regain the country code of 252 and Internet Domain .SO from the foreign and national individuals.
